Job summary

Rippling is seeking a strategic Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations in San Francisco, CA. You will lead M&A and IR efforts, building financial models, guiding negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive growth and future public markets readiness.

You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and board to map markets, evaluate opportunities, and plan fundraising paths while shaping Rippling's corporate strategy and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investor Relationships, and/or Corporate Finance.
• Leadership experience managing high-performing teams and owning deal processes end-to-end.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A pipeline and deal execution, from market mapping to post-close integration planning.
• Build comprehensive financial analyses (DCF, comps, build vs. buy) to inform executives and board.
• Coordinate diligence across product, engineering, legal, finance, HR, and customers.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets/LOIs; manage post-close integration frameworks.
