Job summary

Bloomerang in the nonprofit space is seeking a Manager, Conversion Data Analytics to lead a team of Conversion Data Analysts across post-sale journeys. You’ll own delivery outcomes, coach talent, and ensure high-quality data products that scale.

You’ll partner with Leaders, Engineering, Product, and Support to align analytics with customer onboarding and business value, drive data mapping, and foster psychological safety and collaboration across the team.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, or conversion delivery roles.
• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Working proficiency in data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling.
• Clear, concise communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts, investing time in feedback, growth, and day-to-day support.
• Own delivery outcomes and final prioritization decisions across the team’s conversion portfolio, balancing delivery pressure with sustainable practices.
• Use data and KPIs to spot trends, weigh risks and tradeoffs, and intervene before blockers occur.
• Partner with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support to align work with customer onboarding and business value.
• Apply understanding of conversion workflows, data mapping, and Bloomerang’s data model to guide decisions without overburdening analysts.
• Foster psychological safety so team members surface risks and share knowledge across the team.
• Make timely people and delivery decisions within strategy, escalating when broader alignment is needed.
• Model Bloomerang’s values in every interaction, balancing empathy with accountability and simplifying processes.
