Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) seeks a seasoned Conversational AI Designer to craft natural flows for chatbots and voice assistants. You’ll work with clients and product owners to translate goals into implementable conversation architectures, and create artifacts like maps, prompts, and test plans.

You will use analytics to refine containment, CSAT, and drop-offs, while ensuring brand voice and accessibility across channels in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering conversational experiences on commercial AI platforms.
• Production deployments (3+) with data-driven iteration based on user feedback.
• Design for voice and chat channels with appropriate modality practices.
• Strong intent/slot modeling and robust error handling concepts.
• Experience with LLM-grounded flows and knowledge grounding strategies.
• Exposure to REST/webhooks and backend integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design natural dialogue flows for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Collaborate with clients and product owners to translate goals into architectures.
• Create and maintain conversation design artifacts and libraries.
• Define testing coverage and support QA with test scenarios.
• Use analytics to improve flows, containment, and CSAT.
• Align behaviors with client brand voice across channels.
