This leader runs four areas—Divisional Planning & Coordination, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, and Duals & Marketplace Performance—against a common strategic agenda. You will own portfolio reporting, budget coordination, AI initiative tracking, and the CI program, partnering with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Plan CFOs to deliver auditable results

Qualifications

• Required BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressive experience in operations, process improvement, or operational performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable financial and operational outcomes across a complex, multi-segment portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise performance reporting across Health Plan Operations segments — ensuring SVP and leadership have accurate, timely, decision-ready operational intelligence.
• Design and maintain segment-specific scorecards and executive dashboards integrating operational health, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and member experience.
• Lead annual and multi-year budget planning and coordination for Health Plan Operations; monitor actuals vs plan and surface variances with actions.
• Track AI initiatives across the Health Plan Operations division and ensure investments align to priorities.
• Prepare and coordinate executive briefings, board materials, and divisional communications with consistent narrative alignment across outputs.
