Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Director of Operations Support to provide leadership, vision, and direction for multiple units within the business area. You will guide teams responsible for initiatives that create efficiencies, optimize systems, and promote quality.

In a Hybrid-Flex environment, you will balance remote work with in-person collaboration and lead corporate programs, budgets, and strategic projects, including audits, training, policy development, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Alternatively, 12 years of experience in managing multifunctional operational areas or IS application/software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop and manage budgets including forecasting and variance analyses.
• Oversee enterprise and departmental projects from business case through ROI analysis and delivery.
• Drive optimization of processes, systems, and workflows, including workforce planning for call center areas.
