Job summary

Bizee is seeking a Director of Content to own the company’s content program end-to-end. You will shape strategy, set the editorial bar, and lead the production and repurposing of assets across editorial, social, email, and video to travel across channels.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on building of a scalable content function. You will guide long-form narrative work, establish distribution architecture, and drive campaigns from brief to delivery, while growing the content

Qualifications

• 8+ years of content experience across editorial, social, email, and video.
• Experience building company-wide content strategy, pillars, and calendars.
• Experience leading a content team and forming a function, not just a team.
• Strong editorial judgment with long-form writing and editing ability.
• Channel strategy across social and video, including YouTube.
• Comfort with content operations, workflow design, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the company-wide content strategy and integrated calendar.
• Set the editorial quality bar across voice, tone, readability, and craft.
• Own long-form and narrative content and content assets program.
• Own content distribution and repurposing across owned channels.
• Lead content-driven campaigns end-to-end with PMM and brand briefs.
• Own content operations, workflows, and AI/automation integration.
• Define and own content KPIs and use data to inform priorities.
• Manage and grow Bizee's content team and contractor network.
