Job summary

Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the multimedia content engine, overseeing creators, producers, editors, and operations across all consumer franchises.

You will manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure top-tier quality while aligning with business goals and audience needs. You will lead talent management, creator strategy, and distribution efforts, balancing creativity with monetization and working closely with cross-functional partners to drive growth and audience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of content execution and leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling teams from scratch.
• Direct experience recruiting, onboarding and managing creators/talent.
• Experimental by design with data-driven risk-taking.
• Leadership that takes ownership and advocates for the team.
• Trusted cross-collaborator across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the multimedia blueprint across all franchises and platforms.
• Drive operational optimizations to remove process friction.
• Set and enforce quality standards for editorial and branded content.
• Manage the talent roster day-to-day and guide creative careers.
• Coordinate distribution with internal teams and stay current on platform dynamics.
• Balance creative ideation with monetization and client expectations.
