The Director of Content owns Bizee's content program end to end: the strategy, the editorial quality bar, the production systems, and the team. This role exists to make Bizee's content work as an ecosystem. Editorial, social, email, and video should feed each other, with every asset built to travel across channels rather than live in one. It is both a strategy role and a building role. You will set the company-wide content strategy and the integrated calendar, own the distribution architecture that decides how content moves and gets repurposed, and lead the long-form and narrative work that builds Bizee's authority with Everyday Entrepreneurs.
