Job summary

Santé is seeking a Head of Content to own video strategy across Reels, TikTok and YouTube, crafting the brand's visual identity and high-quality output for a fast-growing retail tech platform.

You will work with founders to define and scale our content, drive engagement, and measure impact with analytics, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering on product launches and go-to-market storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience creating video content strategies for brands.
• Strong editing skills and storytelling.
• Ability to measure content impact with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end short-form content across social platforms.
• Define visual and sound identity, including color grading and pacing.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX and Engineering to align content with product launches.
