Job summary

Santé is seeking a Head of Content in New York to own our Reels, TikTok and YouTube strategy and execution end-to-end. You’ll craft a high‑craft, recognizable Santé voice and visual identity while building content that resonates with local retailers and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with founders and cross‑functional teams to produce impactful video, drive engagement, and accelerate growth, with equity benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Own short-form, attention-demanding content across major platforms.
• Define visual and sound identity for Santé.
• Create a look, sound, and feel instantly recognizable as Santé.
• Edit video and audio with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Iterate strategy using performance metrics and virality data.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX and Engineering to maintain brand.
• Build a repeatable framework to extend asset shelf-life.

Responsibilities

• Own short-form content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Define visual and sound identity, including color grading, lighting, framing, pacing, music, and sound design.
• Create a consistent look and feel for Santé across all assets.
• Produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Edit video and audio in CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
• Iterate on content strategy using virality and reach data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering for cohesive storytelling.
• Leverage analytics to measure reach, leads and revenue.
