Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a Content Creator to produce entertaining, iconic short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. You will script, shoot, and edit content hands-on, delivering 1–2 polished videos weekly and reactive posts as needed.

You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and support to capture customer moments and feature launches, while evolving our content strategy with real performance data.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years making content professionally or building your own channel/account.
• Portfolio of short-form video you personally conceived, shot, and edited.
• Comfortable on camera and behind the camera, and able to direct others when a concept calls for it.
• Ability to publish content and iterate in real time based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube—from quick-turn reactive posts to planned content.
• Ship a consistent volume of original content every week (roughly 1-2 polished videos, plus reactive posts).
• Build recurring formats that make US Mobile's channels worth following.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support to turn feature launches into content.
