Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. leading PM teams.
• Deep data fluency with ML/AI, search, and content platforms.
• Strategic operator connecting content decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own content intelligence roadmap covering classification, metadata, and quality.
• Grow UGC supply end-to-end including uploads and contributor experience.
• Build AI knowledge infrastructure for corpus, with retrieval capabilities.
• Lead and develop senior product leaders; align portfolio with business goals.
• Partner with ML and data science teams to translate data into product impact.
