Scribd, Inc. is hiring a senior product leader to own the Content Intelligence & Supply portfolio, unifying classification, corpus quality, and supply strategy.

You will align AI-driven insights with business outcomes and collaborate with ML and data science teams to turn the 400-million-document corpus into strategic value. The role demands 10+ years in product management, leadership of PMs, and a track record in data-heavy domains, licensing, and cross-functional execution within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. 4+ years leading PMs.
• Deep experience in data-heavy product domains (ML/AI, search, recommendations).
• Strong data literacy and ability to work with ML/data science teams.
• Familiar with data structures for AI training.
• Experience with content licensing or B2B data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Grow UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and the supply-side user experience.
• Build the AI knowledge infrastructure: segmentation, sampling, corpus description, metadata, and retrieval capabilities.
• Lead senior product leaders and an established program with its own charter and engineering squads.
