Cantina is seeking a Head of Content to build and lead Cantina Labs content operations across 75+ niches, creating high-production, character-driven video content with no special skills.

You’ll recruit and manage a network of 100 content producers and editors, craft briefs, pitch ideas daily, and drive multi-platform strategies—especially viral content on X—to engage audiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-output social content teams.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage 20+ creator operations.
• Viral content track record on X and understanding of platform culture.
• Excellent writing and storytelling across briefs, scripts, & social copy.

Responsabilités

• Define multichannel social content strategy focused on viral X content.
• Launch tutorials, showcases, series from new features and use cases.
• Build a content program across 75+ niches with creators and formats.
• Recruit and manage a 100-person content team with strong leads and system.
• Pitch ideas daily, write scripts and briefs, edit for hook and ending.
• Develop AI generation, editing, motion graphics, review, and publishing workflows.
• Partner with product to reflect creator feedback in development.
• Track reach, retention, shares, signups to learn what drives creation.
