Cantina in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager Editor to lead our outbound content strategy across marketing, growth, and leadership communications. You will own the long-term strategy and day-to-day execution of our content engine, collaborating with executives, comms leadership, and the community team.

You will hire and guide Cantina’s editorial team, shape brand voices for our social and Labs channels, and drive content calendar execution with a data-driven, experimentation-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi-person creative or content marketing team.
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills for capturing attention.
• A fast-shipping, experimental mindset: prefer posting and learning over perfection.
• High editorial taste with ability to quickly sort good content from bad and give direct feedback.
• Voracious appetite for learning new channels, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Data-driven approach using metrics to iterate on content strategy.
• Chronically online instincts for spotting rapid messaging opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee outbound copy across long-form, social, paid, and executive thought leadership.
• Hire, train, and manage Cantina’s editorial team across growth and Labs recruiting.
• Collaborate with executives to build and maintain core marketing messaging.
• Develop brand voices for Cantina’s core social accounts and executives.
• Populate and execute the content calendar across all channels.
• Drive platform-native media properties and editorial GTM strategies.
• Coordinate amplification campaigns with the community team.
