Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
• Lead a team of construction professionals and ensure project success.
• Plan, execute, and deliver concrete construction projects (shoring, forming, pouring, columns, deck).
• Oversee procurement and cost management for projects.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor unit performance and report to senior management.
