Jobot is seeking a dynamic Division Manager to lead concrete construction operations in the DMV area. This senior role oversees a dedicated business unit, drives profitability, and ensures timely completion of large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of professionals, with deep expertise in shoring, forming, pouring, columns, and deck work, and track budgets to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in construction, with at least 8 years in operations management.
• Concrete experience in shoring, forming, pouring, columns, deck work.
• Experience managing $30–50M in concrete scope across 1–3 projects or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the business unit, aligning activities with strategic objectives.
• Lead a team of construction professionals and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Plan, execute, and deliver concrete projects from shoring to deck work.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services within budgets.
• Implement risk management to mitigate project uncertainties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
• Develop and maintain client, contractor, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor performance and report insights to senior management.
