Marquis MD in Fort Lauderdale seeks an Executive Director to lead its concierge medical practice. This senior role oversees member and patient experience, center operations, physician partnerships, service standards, and financial performance.

It requires on-site presence with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet member needs and uphold Marquis MD standards. You will direct day-to-day operations, cultivate a hospitality mindset in healthcare, and drive growth and retention

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, concierge medicine, executive health or luxury wellness environments.
• Proven success leading budgets, forecasting, P&L, revenue growth, KPIs and operational metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and create accountability around patient service and performance.
• Strong ability to deliver premium patient experiences through personalization, discretion and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Marquis MD location, including patient flow, scheduling, administrative coordination and service delivery.
• Serve as internal ambassador for the Marquis MD experience with personalization, warmth, discretion and trust.
• Design and reinforce concierge service standards, welcome protocols and follow-up expectations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing multidisciplinary team across clinical, administrative, membership, hospitality and patient experience functions.
• Partner with physicians, Finance, Marketing, Business Development and Shared Services to drive operational execution, membership growth and brand awareness.
• Own key performance metrics including member satisfaction, retention, renewals, growth, provider engagement and financial performance.
• Represent Marquis MD in the community with executive presence and relationship-driven partnerships.
