Job summary

Marquis MD is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the senior operations and cultural leader for our concierge medical practice in Fort Lauderdale. You will own member experience, center operations, physician partnerships, service standards, and financial performance.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, on-site presence, and flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet member needs. Lead a multidisciplinary team across clinical, administrative, membership, hospitality, and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, concierge medicine, executive health, private practice, premium wellness, or luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Marquis MD location, including patient flow, scheduling, administrative coordination, clinical support operations, membership workflows, and service delivery.
• Serve as the internal ambassador for the Marquis MD experience, ensuring personalization, discretion, warmth, responsiveness, and trust.
• Design and reinforce concierge service standards, signature touchpoints, welcome protocols, follow-up expectations, and service recovery moments.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team across clinical, administrative, membership, hospitality, and patient experience functions.
• Partner with physicians, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and Shared Services to drive operational execution, membership growth, retention, patient loyalty, and brand awareness.
• Own key performance metrics including Member satisfaction, retention, renewals, growth, provider engagement, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
