Marquis MD is a premium concierge medical practice in Fort Lauderdale seeking a high-impact Business Development Representative / Membership Consultant to drive membership growth. You will engage healthcare providers, build strategic partnerships, and expand our external network to elevate brand position.

The role requires healthcare business development experience, executive-level communication, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, or market-facing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build long-term, high-trust professional relationships.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and judgment.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute a growth strategy for the concierge practice through targeted outreach and high-value introductions.
• Build, manage and expand a pipeline of qualified prospective members and referral clinicians.
• Identify, pursue and secure partnerships that support sustainable membership growth and brand elevation.
• Represent the practice in executive, clinical, and community settings to expand visibility and influence.
• Operate as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership in external market-facing interactions.
