Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in LIHTC, HUD, property management or related real estate field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand how systems operate.
• Ability to provide strong references demonstrating communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Compliance and Training teams and consultants.
• Develop systems, policies and procedures for ongoing compliance and growth of Affordable Housing Training Academy.
• Interface with partners and OCCH staff; provide training and technical assistance on regulatory questions.
• Assist partners with state agency responses; periodically deliver lectures or web trainings; update Compliance content.
