Associa is seeking an accomplished, relationship-driven Sales Director — Community Growth & Development to lead our growth strategy in Fairfield, NJ. This highly visible leadership role requires building a market, developing strategic relationships, generating new business, and turning those relationships into measurable revenue growth.

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, community relations, account management, or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• A demonstrated history of generating new business and achieving measurable revenue or growth goals.
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• The ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• The ability to represent the organization professionally in both business and community settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own sales and growth initiatives designed to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve established business objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic business-development plan, identifying target markets, prospects, referral opportunities, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and cultivate referral relationships with key community partners, organizations, businesses, and other sources of new business.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, using proactive outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other sales strategies.
• Strengthen existing client relationships to support retention, referrals, additional business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the organization in the community, attending networking events, industry functions, community activities, and other opportunities that increase visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Track and communicate sales and growth performance, using key metrics to identify opportunities, adjust strategy, and consistently work toward revenue goals.
• Partner closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure that growth initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver a strong client experience.
