EarnIn seeks an experienced Head of Communications to set the company’s communications strategy and protect its reputation. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will drive proactive storytelling for EarnIn’s products, B2B offerings, and policy initiatives, partnering with Marketing to plan campaigns and elevating executive visibility.

The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional settings, can manage external agencies, and has a track record of clear, strategic messaging under pressure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in media relations or PR with proven impact
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading external agencies
• Strong storytelling and executive communications experience
• Ability to plan cross-functional communications and policy messaging
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy across Product, B2B, and Policy Comms.
• Lead proactive PR programs, manage media inquiries, and build media relationships.
• Align PR with business milestones and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Support top-of-funnel marketing initiatives across PR, social, influencer and events.
• Serve as a thought leader on internal communication strategies.
