Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation Program Office for Commercialization Data & AI.
• Own hiring plan execution across the organization and resolve blockers.
• Deliver platform migration milestones and vendor transition commitments.
• Assess transformation workstreams and advise leadership on scope.
• Escalate and resolve risks to protect timelines.
• Build and lead a scalable program execution team.
