Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Chase Auto Commercial Solutions) seeks a Head of Commercial Solutions Analytics in New York to lead analytics strategy across dealer acquisition, relationships, and lending opportunities.

You will guide a team of data scientists and analysts, partnering with executives to drive data-driven growth and modernization. You will shape capabilities across product, technology, risk, and finance, delivering scalable analytics and responsible AI, with a focus on measurable business

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, data science, or BI with leadership experience
• Experience leading large analytics organizations and delivering measurable outcomes
• Proficient in ML, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics methods
• Experience applying generative AI and automation to business problems
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics and AI strategy for Auto Commercial Solutions
• Partner with leadership to support dealer acquisition, relationship deepening, and growth
• Develop analytical solutions informing strategy, segmentation, profitability and position
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and data products
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Risk and Finance to deliver scalable analytics
• Establish governance and measurement for analytical rigor and impact
• Translate insights into actionable business recommendations for executives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analytics leaders and data professionals
