Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness, runbooks, and service transition processes.
• Partner across teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize managed services.
• Drive FinOps, dashboards, and KPI reporting for cloud services.
• Lead automation initiatives and infrastructure-as-code adoption.
