Job summary

Be Group, LLC in Malvern, PA seeks a Director, Cloud Operations & IT to own Azure-hosted production SaaS reliability, scalability, and cost. You will lead a small team, stay hands-on, and partner with engineering, data, and IT to deliver secure infrastructure for a fintech portfolio.

You will oversee production cloud operations, incident management, cost forecasting with Finance, and enable automated deployments and AI-assisted monitoring in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud/IT/infrastructure with hands‑on ownership of production cloud
• Azure-based SaaS uptime and performance experience
• Deep Azure expertise: App Services, Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, Entra ID, App Gateway
• Microsoft 365 / end-user support ownership as a primary function
• Networking and security fundamentals including VPN, segmentation, and certificates

Responsibilities

• Own production cloud operations: availability, performance, scalability of Azure environment
• Lead incident management: monitoring, alerts, escalation, post‑incident reviews
• Drive customer connectivity and secure onboarding with repeatable playbooks
• Enable engineering: environments, deployment pipelines, identity, secrets management
• Forecast Azure costs with Finance and drive waste reduction
• Support end‑user environments: Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, Intune
• Lead and develop the team, manage vendors, execute hands‑on work as needed
• Maintain security posture and support audits with risk leadership
