Blossom Health is seeking a Head of GTM in New York City to build and lead a high-impact partnerships growth engine. You will start by understanding referring providers, refining ICP, and testing the sales motion, then scale to national reach with a Clinical Partnerships team.

You’ll own the strategy, drive execution, and report to the Founder CEO. This is a zero-to-one leadership role requires building playbooks from ground up and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced startup.

• Proven GTM success across sales, partnerships, growth, or GTM with measurable results you drove
• Zero-to-one experience—built or launched a GTM motion, not just worked in a mature org
• Experience in high-growth startups requiring speed, ambiguity, and ownership
• Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams with clear accountability
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to move between strategy and data-driven decisions
• Willingness to personally test the motion and learn from the market
• Deep commercial instinct covering funnels, territories, incentives, and metrics
• Exceptional communication with healthcare providers and leadership
• Relentless ownership with speed and resourcefulness in uncertain environments

• Own the Clinical Partnerships strategy—drive growth with PCPs and providers
• Prove and refine the motion by market testing, provider conversations, ICP refinement
• Build a repeatable growth engine through segmentation, territory strategy, messaging, and cadence
• Lead the team with ambitious goals, accountability, coaching, and development
• Own the KPIs across acquisition, activation, referrals, conversion, and territory performance
• Drive territory expansion based on data and market feedback
• Partner with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, and leadership to remove friction
• Scale the function from early motion to a major patient acquisition channel
