Job summary

BY Recruiting in New York City is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own the go-to-market motion for clinicians and medical practices. You will travel to practices, run experiments, and drive sign-ups, reporting directly to the CEO.

This field-heavy role blends direct outreach with growth marketing, CRM and product insights to improve clinician experience and help shape the roadmap. 4–8 years in healthcare growth is ideal, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in growth, provider partnerships or go-to-market roles.
• Hands-on experience activating clinicians or medical practices at a healthcare company.
• Comfortable owning a motion end to end with high autonomy at an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the full direct-to-clinician and direct-to-practice growth motion, from cold outreach and in-person visits through practice activation and sign-up.
• Travel 1–2 weeks per month to launch markets to meet physicians, APPs and office managers, testing which practices to target and how to convert them.
• Build a clinician community: engage on channels like Reddit, sponsor conferences and create buzz among providers.
• Run growth experiments across field outreach, paid ads, events and sponsorships, with goals to grow top-of-funnel by 30%+ and convert at least 5 practices in your first four months.
• Bring field insights back to the product team to improve the clinician experience and shape the roadmap.
