You will drive enterprise metrics, oversee training programs, and lead collaboration across GDMS, GCTO, and GCD teams.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and execution of global data standards initiatives with a focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience governing clinical information standards and related activities.
• Deep knowledge of CDISC standards, CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, HL7 and related submission deliverables.
• Proven strategic leadership and cross-functional influence across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to standard data collection definitions and governance aligned with industry regulations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, resource forecasting, and process optimization.
• Support audits/inspections and ensure timely delivery of governance deliverables.
• Coordinate standards training and best practices for Global Clinical Data Standards teams.
• Build senior stakeholder networks across GDMS, GCTO, GCD, and strategic partners.
