Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC delivery for TA portfolio, anticipating regulatory risks.
• Oversee end-to-end data management across studies and systems.
• Hold service providers accountable for quality and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Shape departmental strategy and standard practices for DHT setup and reporting.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and audits with expert guidance.
• Define OKRs/KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Lead capability building, training, and mentorship across teams.
