Wellington Management is seeking a head of Client Platform Technology to own the engineering, architecture, and delivery for the firm’s client-facing platforms. The role partners with Product Owners and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Client Servicing to ensure scalable, secure, and differentiating capabilities.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented technology leader with a proven track record leading client-facing technology organizations at scale.
• Direct experience with wealth/intermediary distribution technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to partner with Product Owners on committed business outcomes and own architecture, delivery, and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Own the technology strategy for the Client Platform end to end and translate PO outcomes into architecture and a delivery roadmap.
• Lead engineering, architecture, and delivery leadership across the platform and ensure durable, outcome-based roadmaps.
• Make buy-versus-build decisions in partnership with the Product Owner and clearly justify internal build versus licensing.
