Wellington Management is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape the firm’s technology direction, architecture standards, and governance. You will produce roadmaps, reference architectures, and patterns to enable business-focused innovation while balancing risk, cost, and resiliency.

You will collaborate with Technology Platform CIOs, product teams, and governance partners to ensure outcomes are capability-driven and platform-centric, translating complex strategy into actionable guidance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in technology leadership, enterprise/solution/portfolio architecture.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Define enterprise standards, patterns, and governance across platforms.
• Partner with CIOs, product owners, and architects to guide platform and product roadmaps.
• Assess technology risk, debt, and non-functional requirements; drive mitigation.
• Mentor and develop the architecture community and governance processes.
