Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a senior leader within the Client Platform Technology group to head client and employee experience across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Servicing. You will shape digital tools used by prospects, clients, and staff, including Public Website, Client Portal, Campaigns, and internal destinations.

Partner with business leads to align on the intended experience, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering, and guide end‑to‑end

Responsibilities

• Research and Insights: Monitor usage of client and employee‑facing tools and conduct client research to understand practices, needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Synthesize insights through current‑state journeys, service blueprints, and executive presentations.
• Define Experience Strategy and Design: Define future‑state client journeys, processes, and digital tools; produce wireframes and prototypes with annotations.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Build service design and experience design practices for the enterprise and coach team members.
