Wellington Management seeks a senior Client Platform Experience leader to shape the end-to-end client and employee journey across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding and Servicing. You will partner with business leads to align on the intended experience and drive end-to-end development from invention and design through rollout.

The role requires strong business and technical aptitude, service design expertise, and the ability to mentor peers while championing a scalable, experience-driven product

Qualifications

• Experience leading client and employee experience design across product teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into experience strategy.
• Proven collaboration with marketing, sales, onboarding and servicing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state client journeys and business processes.
• Produce high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes with annotations.
• Break down features into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Participate in strategic planning to optimize ROI while reducing friction.
