Wellington Management Co is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape the firm’s technology direction, architecture standards, platform roadmaps, and governance. This senior role interfaces with platform CIOs, product owners, and governance partners to ensure outcomes-driven, platform-centric decisions that balance speed, cost, security, and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or large‑scale technology transformation.
• Experience developing architecture strategies, roadmaps, reference architectures, standards, patterns, and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture strategies and roadmaps for assigned platforms and enterprise capabilities.
• Define and maintain enterprise reference architectures, patterns, standards, and patterns.
• Support Architecture Review Board and governance processes to align decisions with enterprise standards.
• Partner with platform CIOs, product owners, and solution architects to shape platform and product architecture runways.
• Lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and industry research to inform architecture direction.
