Job summary

The iLUKA Collective, a specialised agency delivering strategic activations for global sports events, seeks a Director, Client Operations to lead the operational functions for a dedicated client programme. In this role, you will oversee Transport, Logistics, Ticketing, IT/Infrastructure and Accommodation, coordinate pre-Games and Games time operations, and develop robust contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating large-scale mega events.
• Proven ability to manage transport, logistics and IT/infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation.
• Ability to work long hours in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop an operations plan for all client programme functions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for Games time.
• Coordinate with Client Services Director on proposals and support.
• Lead onsite operations and ensure safety and service standards.
• Develop contingency plans and training modules.
• Monitor team morale and performance.
