Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Account Director – Venue to provide senior leadership for the Venue, ensuring an exceptional client experience from planning through post-event reconciliation.

You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders, drive operational readiness, manage budgets and ensure service standards are met in a fast-paced major-event delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior-level client relationships for major events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial close-out experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership under high-pressure conditions.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior day-to-day client lead for Venue matters and relationships.
• Lead client meetings, progress updates, risks and decisions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative Services, Production and senior leadership on strategic matters.
• Own planning, readiness and operational delivery of the Venue across all phases.
• Establish clear roles, channels and governance for the Venue team.
