Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Onboarding Business Manager for Cash & Synthetic Equities Prime Brokerage, FX PB, ETD & OTC Clearing. You will own onboarding across the value chain, face off to the business and clients, and manage the pipeline to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.

You are a senior, with strong Prime Brokerage and derivatives knowledge, capable of cross-functional leadership and driving data-driven improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership experience in prime onboarding space.
• Strong knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Derivative Clearing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client deliverables and stakeholders.
• Track record of developing client relationships and acting as voice of the client for product development.
• Understanding of technology and vendors to maximize straight-through processing.
• Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong client management experience and service competencies.
• Ability to identify and maximize cross-selling across the firm.
• Passion for delivering client results and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding across the value chain for the product line.
• Face off to the business and clients to understand asks and goals.
• Manage the pipeline and project manage across value chain.
• Act as the Voice of the Client to ensure best-in-class onboarding.
• Increase throughput and reduce turnaround times across teams.
• Collaborate across teams and locations within IB Onboarding.
