Responsibilities

• Support the formation of a strong team and create profiles of expertise in AML and KYC.
• Support the Management Team in developing and implementing onboarding and KYC governance with internal stakeholders.
• Harmonise and simplify Onboarding and KYC processes in collaboration with second line of defense and internal teams.
• Contribute to revenue generation with onboarding of new Distribution Partners and Asset Managers to the CFS world.
• Assist Relationship Management in collection and validation of KYC documents from clients.
• Monitor existing processes and implement changes and improvements where necessary.
• Support development and growth of all team members.
