Barnes Lawn Doctor Western Rim LLC is seeking a Director of Client Experience in the Fort Worth area to unite Sales, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing into a single, client-centric journey. You will oversee every client touchpoint from initial contact to retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of leadership experience, strong analytics, and a track record of executing proven systems while coaching teams to achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience managing client-facing teams.
• Proven ability to drive client-focused initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading sales, marketing, and customer service under one strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver a unified client experience.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams; hire and onboard exceptional talent; conduct reviews.
• Drive revenue growth: forecast, monitor pipeline, increase client value, upsell services.
• Own the client journey from lead to retention and referrals; ensure consistent, professional experiences.
• Lead marketing efforts; oversee campaigns, measure ROI, maintain brand standards.
• Manage department data: develop dashboards, analyze KPIs, identify opportunities.
• Ensure operating systems (EOS, SOPs) are followed and documented.
• Champion technology adoption: CRM, AI tools, automation, dashboards.
