BARNES LAWN DOCTOR WESTERN RIM LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Client Experience to lead every client-facing team in Fort Worth area and beyond. You will own the complete client journey, from digital touchpoints to onboarding, retention, referrals, and loyalty.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with analytics, systems thinking, and technology to drive profitable growth while coaching teams and maintaining a strong culture and service standard.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience managing client-facing teams.
• Experience leading both sales and customer service organizations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and business reporting tools.
• Experience leading established operational processes and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to deliver one unified client experience.
• Oversee department reporting to support leadership decisions with sales, marketing and service KPIs.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, hire and onboard talent, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to EOS, SOPs, and established workflows across the department.
• Drive revenue growth, monitor pipeline health, and forecast revenue.
• Own the client journey from first contact to long‑term loyalty; manage online reputation.
