Job summary

Socure headhunting a Head of Solution Consulting, Channel to lead the Channel Pod, steering a team of Solution Consultants who guide customers through onboarding and adoption of Socure products. You will own the long-term technical strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership, and ensure client growth and talent development under your remit.

Reporting to the Global Head of Solution Consulting, you will coordinate resources across functions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or certifications in the domain market are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for the Channel Pod Solution Consulting function.
• Supervise a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales and leadership to devise short and long term strategies tied to customer implementation and ongoing technical needs.
• Structure the Channel Pod team to support Socure’s sales and product goals.
• Communicate effectively up, down, and across to ensure alignment of work.
• Provide purpose, motivation, and direction to team members.
• Recruit and retain top-tier talent.
