Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of Solution Consulting, Channel, to lead a pod responsible for all channel accounts and strategic alliances. You will guide a team of Solution Consultants through the sales cycle and product implementation, ensuring adoption and integration of Socure solutions across diverse clients.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to align on short- and long-term strategies, and to drive growth of people and clients under your remit while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management.
• Deep understanding of channel market challenges, regulations, and business models.
• Familiarity with risk management solutions, compliance frameworks, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage vision and strategy for the Channel Pod Solution Consulting function.
• Supervise a team of Solution Consultants to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales and executives to align on adoption and technical needs.
• Structure the Channel Pod team to support Socure’s sales and product goals.
• Recruit and retain top-tier talent and communicate effectively across levels.
