Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced executive communications professional to shape messaging for a global tech and B2B audience. You will craft speeches, press materials and social content that align with business goals and executive strategy.

You will partner with C-suite leaders, translate complex topics into clear narratives, and employ AI tools to accelerate research, draft content, and enhance impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in executive communications or speechwriting at global tech/B2B firms.
• Proven ability to support C-suite executives and build trusted senior relationships.
• Exceptional writing: concise, persuasive, adaptable across formats.
• AI experience to accelerate research, content development and quality.
• Experience in technology/telecom/infrastructure sectors advantageous.
• Familiarity with investor, media or analyst communications advantageous.
• Multilingual or cross-geography experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong experience in executive communications, speechwriting or a closely related discipline, ideally within a global technology or B2B organisation, and ideally with a CEO
• Exceptional writing ability, concise, persuasive and adaptable across formats from keynote speeches to LinkedIn posts
• Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and building trusted, high-value relationships at senior levels
• Strong strategic instinct and ability to connect communications decisions to business context and reputational considerations
• High personal discretion, sound judgement and ability to work effectively under pressure and at pace
• Confident and proactive approach to AI, using AI to enhance research, accelerate content development, synthesise inputs and improve communications quality and pace
• Experience in technology, telecoms or infrastructure sector advantageous
• Familiarity with investor, media or analyst communications advantageous
• Understanding of AI, network infrastructure or related technology narratives advantageous
• Experience working across multiple languages or geographies advantageous
