Broulim’s is seeking a Central Production Facility Manager in Rexburg to lead our production team, ensure food safety and product quality, and drive operational excellence behind the scenes. This full-time role oversees daily production, inventory, scheduling, and distribution to Broulim’s stores, while coaching staff and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.

Strong leadership and a commitment to high standards in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in food production, deli, or similar.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and develop Central Production team members.
• Oversee daily production, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor communication.
• Coordinate production and deliveries to Broulim’s locations.
• Set production targets and monitor performance.
• Prepare for inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
