Broulim’s in Idaho is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to support the deli manager in daily operations. You will supervise deli staff, ensure product quality and freshness, handle customer service, and help create a welcoming environment where shoppers can find a variety of freshly prepared deli items to enjoy throughout the day.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling deli associates, monitoring food safety compliance, managing inventory levels, assisting with opening and closing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in deli or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist the deli manager in supervising and training deli associates, including hiring and scheduling.
• Oversee production and presentation of deli items, including sandwiches and salads.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and proper handling of deli products.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain stock and meet demand.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area.
• Collaborate with the deli manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and equipment cleaning.
