Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences preferred, not required.
• Trade school or related training and/or five years’ production/maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and compose instructions; strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; quick to learn industry apps.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production flow including raw products, cooking and cooling temps, mash flow, and waste processes.
• Prepares reports such as daily potato usage, production summary, and waste water reports.
• Ensures procedures and paperwork for audits; maintains logs, reports, checklists and graphs.
• Leads safety initiatives; HACCP meetings and monthly safety sessions; trains shift staff.
• Maintains equipment and completes maintenance orders; manages daily roster.
