Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital raising, investor relations, fundraising, or business development in real estate or alt investments.
• Proven track record raising capital from HNWIs, accredited investors, family offices, and private wealth channels.
• Experience building fundraising strategy, not just supporting fundraising.
• Strong relationship management and communication with investors and seniors.
• Real estate investment management experience, preferably multifamily or private market strategies.
• Experience developing investor materials, communications, and reporting programs.
• Leadership experience mentoring investment relations professionals.
• Institutional fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build infrastructure for a growing platform.
• Willingness to travel to support investor relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's capital raising and investor relations strategy.
• Manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, accredited investors, family offices, and institutional prospects.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for existing investors and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Develop investor communications, reporting initiatives, and engagement programs.
• Partner with executive leadership on fundraising, investor relations, and growth initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate new investor relationships across private wealth and institutional channels.
• Evaluate and support future fund structures and vehicle-level fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor IR and capital raising team.
• Represent the firm at industry events, investor meetings, and conferences.
• Work cross-functionally with acquisitions and leadership to align capital raising with investment opportunities.
