Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, CFA, JD, CFA, or CCIM credentials are helpful.
• 10+ years of relevant financial experience, preferably in private markets or related areas.
• Experience raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
• Familiarity with Regulation D private offerings, including Rule 506(b).
